Reception hours
The entire team at Les Cent Chênes campsite looks forward to welcoming you during reception hours from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Pets
Pets are accepted (except category 1 and 2 dogs) only on our pitches (Grand Confort and Luxe). They must be kept on a lead (even on pitches) and have an up-to-date vaccination certificate. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, swimming pool, bar or toilets. Each animal is subject to an additional charge of €6/night.
Arrival times
Rental arrival times: 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Arrival times for pitches: 02:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
We thank you for taking note of the arrival times indicated so as not to clutter the entrance to the campsite as well as access for other residents already installed.
We do not accept late arrivals due to the small size of our establishment, our hours are not extendable, families who are too late will have to make their arrangements in order to find a solution for their overnight stay. If necessary, they will not be allowed in our park in order to preserve the tranquility of holidaymakers on site and to respect the schedules of our receptionists as well as our general conditions of sale.
Reception arrangements
When you arrive for a stay in a rental, we will ask you for a deposit in the amount of € 350 which can be made either by Bank Check or by Credit Card.
For stays on a luxury pitch, the deposit requested is € 40.
Tourist taxes will also be paid on site : € 0.60 per night and per adult (over 18) and the eco-participation tax of €0.46 per night and per person.
Regarding the means of payment, you can pay for your stay by bank check, by credit card or in cash.
Saint-Jeannet shopping center
You will find all the essential traders 1km from the campsite, namely a supermarket, a petrol station, a pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, a cheese maker, etc.
Electric cars
The campsite is not equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles. Recharging on pitches and in accommodation is not permitted.
